The eligibility criteria to get admission for the course of BTech in Kerala under APJ ABDUL KALAM UNIVERSITY is to cross the cutoff scores of the entrance examination conducted by the Kerala government that is KEAM. Applications will be invited from the students by the month of DEC-JAN every year. The application form will be available on the official website of KEAM. The FEE structure for girls is 750 and for boys, it is 1500. The reservation is available for minorities based on the total strength of the college

Course Curriculum Overview :

I choose this course because of my interest in the field of electronics and communication engineering. the student-faculty ratio is good as compared to others, teachers are very supportive and are of great knowledge in every topic qualification of teachers is that they should be engineering masters graduates and NET holders. They teach us both the analog and digital methods

COGNIZANT has offered an internship with a stipend of 10,000 per month Our final year projects play a vital role in our development of skills thereby campus placements. we have been doing good and relevant projects in this scenario guided by very supportive teachers

Placement Experience :

From the 6th semester itself, we can attend placement drives. Reputed companies such as Infosys, Wipro, and TCS had visited our college and we have a placement record of 203 students in the last year The highest package in the last year was 25 LPA and the average package lies in between 6LPA-10LPA Almost 75% of our students get placed in various countries My plans after getting my degree is to work in a good company and thereby develop skills from there

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :

FEE STRUCTURE: for merit students-40,500 per year\ for under the MANAGEMENT category-75,000 per year for NRI category-1,00000 per year for Selected 3 students from each branch based on the KEAM entrance rank tuition fee will be waivered they had to pay only 5500 per year A wide no of scholarships are available for financial assistance to students such as MCM, E GRANTS, EK NAYANAR SCHOLARSHIP CHM SCHOLARSHIP the campus placement record of the college is very high, in the year 2022 our college has a record of 203 students in very reputable companies

The annual fest of our college is very famous, as it stands as one of the top events as 24 hrs program. And college level tech fests, national-level tech fests, AI fests, etc are conducted every year. Course Curriculum Overview:

Engineering is a course that I always wanted to opt for because of its versatility and the freedom it offers. I opt for electronics and communication engineering because of my interest in physics and maths, and also because it is known as the evergreen branch of engineering the student-teacher interaction in the college is quite good. they are ready to help us in any matter. We have occasional hackathons and project works happening in the college, and the help provided by the teachers during this time is impeccable. The syllabus mostly will be covered in time, if not additional help by material sharing and doubt sessions will be provided. We have two internal exams followed by a semester examination every semester. There will exams for both lab and theory. Lab exam mainly consists of an internal exam and a final exam.
