Remarks :
Eligibility is a minimum of 55% in the 12th class from any recognised board. All the details regarding admission are available on the university's official website. I attaching the link below Universities should provide proper classes for software training and should also provide internship opportunities for students.
Course Curriculum Overview :
I choosed these courses because the course curriculum is the latest. We had 3 faculties for each subject and the student-faculty ratio was 50:1. Faculties are highly qualified but the teaching methodology needs improvement. We had 2 internal per semester and 2 semesters per year. The exam is moderate to pass as the question paper is prepared by the faculties of our university only.
Placement Experience :
2-3 companies visited the campus for placements. The highest package offered was 2.45 lacs p.a. 60% of applied students got placed. I want to pursue MBA after getting my degree from a prestigious college.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Complete fees for b.com (Hons.) is Rs. 40000 approx. There are various scholarships available for students like single girl child scholarships, scholarships from state and central government etc. We had a Placement drive highest package offered was 2.45 lakhs p.a.
Campus Life :
There is various fest that each department conducts separately. Nalanda library has 60000 books and we can access many journals as well including international journals. Classroom amenities are average. The university conducts various inter-departmental sports tournaments. There are many social groups that students run and manage like udaan official magazine of the university, abhinartan official dance group, chalchitra official photography group etc. Our university NSS wing s very active and provides many opportunities for students to explore, learn and grow.
Hostel Facilities :
The hostel rooms are very good. Each room is properly lit and ventilated and a separate locker, study table and bed are provided. All the rooms are double occupancy. We have access to wifi, filter water and induction to cook anything we want. The only downside of the hostel is Mess. The food served is not good. Forms for a hostel are available at the time of admission and the one willing to stay in the hostel needs to apply for the same at the time of admission. Hostel fees are Rs. 10000 only for a year but mess fees are Rs. 4000 monthly which makes the hostel expensive for students. There are plenty of rooms available outside the university campus but the only concern is the availability of good food at the proper time.
