The best private B-school to seek PGDM from Delhi is the Fortune Institute Of International Business. I have a few friends at the institute so I can give you some idea about it.

Highlights:

Approvals and associations of FIIB are from the National Board of Accreditation i.e NBA, Association of Indian University i.e AIU, and The All India Council For Technical Education i.e AICTE.
The fees and the placement are other important points to consider while choosing a B-School.
FIIB provides 100% placement as FIIB is a 2nd tier institute so it has a link with 2 tier companies.
