After completing an MBA in New Zealand you can apply for a New Zealand Post Study Work Visa that will allow you to work for 1 to 3 years with any employer. There is no restriction of the area in which you may get employed. This visa type allows dependent spouses and children also to get the visa.

Eligibility for international students to work part-time along with studies is mentioned below:

  • Can work up to 20 hours a week if enrolled in a full-time course.
  • The duration of the course should be at least two years.
  • An IELTS score of 5.5 or above is mandatory.
  • The course should be equivalent to a New Zealand qualification that obtains a score in the Skilled Migrant Category.
  • Students can work full time during the New Year and Christmas.
  • Except for self-employment, freelancing, and engagement students have permission to all forms of work.
