Which is better for CSE, CVR or GRIET?

It depends from person to person and what he/she likes to get from the college. Some students want placements, some want to study seriously, some like the brand value, etc., and so on. On all these fronts, a CSE degree from CVR is a better choice of the two.

Rankings:

In terms of rankings, both the colleges are almost ranked equally and CVR only manages to squeeze ahead marginally. But then rankings do change regularly.

Affiliation:

Both the colleges are affiliated with Jawahar Lal Nehru Technical University of Hyderabad (JNTUH) and both offer some very good faculty to learn from. 

CVR slightly presses an advantage over GRIET in terms of placements and thus it should be picked over GRIET. Also, the alumni network at CVR is much better than GRIET.
