IMT Nagpur placements aren’t good. It’s not worth joining the college if you are looking for good placement packages. Here are the highlights for 2022 placements.

Parameter Amount (in INR)
Average CTC 9.9 LPA
Median CTC 8.3 LPA
Highest CTC 23.57 LPA

As the course fee is around INR 12 Lakhs, the return on investment isn’t good.

In IMT Nagpur, the placement for PGDM (MBA) is decent. It offers pan-India jobs to students with an overall good average salary package. The table below gives a brief overview of the institute.

Average Salary Offered Rs. 6 LPA
Highest Salary Offered Rs. 16 LPA
Total Fees (PGDM) Rs. 12 Lakhs
Cut-off (PGDM) CAT- 85 percentile CMAT- 80 percentile

Placements:

  • There are several reviews on the internet with huge figures about salary packages in placement from IMT Nagpur. The truth is, the average package is around Rs. 6 LPA, with very few students getting offers more than Rs. 9 LPA package.
  • Big MNCs visit the campus for placement.

Campus Life:

  • The college campus and hostels are overall decent, with all the necessary facilities on campus.
  • There is a decent crowd inside the campus for studies and healthy learning, with a proper gender mix among students.

Faculties:

During the course, few good guest faculties offer lectures to students in IMT Nagpur.

Weather:

The weather of Nagpur may not be suitable for students. So, students need to get accustomed to the climatic conditions, before choosing to spend their 2 years at IMT Nagpur.

Overall, in terms of placement and other facilities, IMT Nagpur can be a good enough choice for students, as evident from the points listed above.
