Placement depends on various factors such as the program, industry, job role, student performance, and the company's requirements. However, below is some information about the placement records of NDIM and BIMTECH:

NDIM:

  • NDIM has consistently placed its students in reputed companies such as Deloitte, KPMG, Amazon, ICICI Bank, and many more.
  • The institute has a strong network of corporate tie-ups and has a dedicated placement cell that conducts regular placement activities.
  • The average salary package offered to students is around 7-8 lakhs per annum, with the highest package going up to 20 lakhs per annum.
  • NDIM has a 100% placement record for its PGDM program.

BIMTECH:

  • BIMTECH also has a good track record of placing its students in top companies such as Tata Motors, HDFC Bank, HCL, Infosys, and many more.
  • The institute has a well-established placement cell that organizes various placement activities and provides career counseling to students.
  • The average salary package offered to students is around 8-9 lakhs per annum, with the highest package going up to 18 lakhs per annum.
  • BIMTECH has a 100% placement record for its PGDM program.

Both NDIM and BIMTECH have a good placement record, and the final decision depends on various factors such as your program of interest, industry, and personal preferences.

BIMTECH, 2020

Birla Institute of Management Technology and New Delhi Institute of Management both institutes have a good record of campus placement.

Let us take a look at both the college's placement record.

New Delhi Institute of Management:

  • Salary Package: The highest package offered to NDIM students is INR 16 LPA. And the average CTC offered is INR 6 LPA.
  • Recruiters: Its top recruiters are Dainik Bhaskar, Fierce Hound, HT Media Group, Edelman, ADFACTORS PR, ABP News Network, Balaji, Network18, McCANN, and many more.
  • Summer Training: Along with final placement, NDIM arranges Summer training for students, that gives students hand-on-experience in the field.

Birla Institute of Management Technology:

  • Salary Package: The highest package offered to BIMTECH students is INR 23 LPA. And the average CTC offered is INR 8 LPA.
  • Recruiters: Companies such as Yes Bank, HDFC Bank, Infosys, Mahindra, Bajaj, Accenture, Adani, TATA, BATA, Aditya Birla, Airtel, Catwalk, HCL, HONDA, IDFC, and others come for campus placement.
  • Internship: More than 60% of students from college also get internships with a stipend ranging from 5,000-30,000 per month.

One of the best parts of BIMTECH is mostly all the selection done from the campus itself. Although for some cases students have to go to the company premises. Here students get a chance to appear in multiple interviews at the same time. But you have to receive the first offer made to you.

Depending on the factors discussed below, BIMTECH seems to be the better alternative with good placement opportunities.
