Ques. What are the facilities available in a hostel and what item should I carry along with me while joining the hostel of BIMTECH?

One of my cousins graduated from BIMTECH and here are a few things you should know before proceeding to any conclusion. BIMTECH is located on a composite, fully air-conditioned, Wi-Fi-enabled, residential campus in Greater Noida. It enjoys the location advantage in the National Capital Region, a few kilometers from the capital of India. The campus environment is highly conducive to academic learning. BIMTECH has adequate on & off-campus hostel facilities for the students. Both hostels provide at-par ultra-modern living environs. Rooms in hostels can be used on a single or twin sharing basis. It provides comfortable living with facilities such as – A Tuck Shop, Gym & Sports Facility, Salon & Beauty Parlour, Bus Transport to Noida, Communication & Reprographic, Bank ATM on Campus, Round-the-clock Campus Security and 24X7 on-campus Ambulance, etc. Most items are available in and around the hostel. Food at BIMTECH boys hostels is good. The mess offers hygienic and healthy food . The food Conduit has representatives from each senior and junior batch. The institute takes feedback from students on a quarterly basis and tries to implement the changes suggested. The student body decides the menu and its distribution over a period of time. ...Read more

Ques. Is there single room occupancy in bimtech?

There are four different programmes that are taken at BIMTECH. Hostel rooms are provided to male students who are enrolled in the PGDM programme, which is considered the school's flagship programme. For the other three courses, the availability of rooms is determined by a variety of different criteria. These considerations include the number of vacancies that were left after admitting the PGDM 2nd year batch, the number of male students who are enrolled in the 2nd year batch of each of the other three programmes, and the number of new ladies that were admitted in the 1st year. The administration will decide whether students from PGDM IB, PGDM RM, or PGDM IBM will be given rooms based on these considerations. The courses in question are: PGDM IB, PGDM RM, and PGDM IBM. However, the boys' hostel only has 212 rooms, therefore there is a restricted selection of available rooms to choose from....Read more

Ques. What are hostel facilities in BIMTECH and can I join on campus hostel at the time of admission as a fresher student?

BIMTECH has taken a lot of care with regard to the facilities provided at the hostel. They also added new rules during COVID-19 for the sake of everyone’s safety. Anyone who joins a hostel for the first time has to remain quarantined for two weeks. The food was delivered to the room during those two weeks and once quarantine was over, you had to go to the mess to eat. The room was cleaned and mopped every morning by the worker. For the time being, management has decided to give single rooms, this may or may not change in the coming year. ...Read more

BIMTECH offers excellent on and off-campus hostel accommodation to students. Girls students are usually allocated double-sharing rooms. The hostels have modern living arrangements. All basic amenities are available to students such as microwave, fridge, TV. Hostels are wi-fi enabled.
