The admission procedure for an M.Tech program at IIT Delhi typically involves the following steps:
Visit the official website of IIT Delhi

You can also apply for cross department courses.For instance, a student who has done B.Tech. in Electrical Engg can pursue M.Tech. in ComputerTechnology / Mathematics / Physics / etc depending upon the course requirements/eligibility by the concerned dept.
