Which will be better, Liba, Great Lakes, TAPMI, or Nirma University?

Nirma University, LIBA, TAPMI, and Great Lakes are premier, private institutions of our country which offer MBA programs. While Nirma University has been approved by UGC and NAAC, LIBA, TAPMI, and Great Lakes are all AICTE approved institutions.

Infrastructure and Facilities

• Nirma University: The institute offers facilities such as outdoor sports, transport, library, etc. The campus also hosts a number of events, seminars, and activities.
• LIBA: Facilities include a library, hostels, playgrounds and courts, labs, guesthouse, seminar halls, auditorium, cafeteria, etc.
• TAPMI: The students are offered facilities like seminar halls, conference rooms, knowledge centre, hostels, canteen, healthcare, store, etc.
• Great Lakes: The institute offers a library and resource centre, hostels, sports complex, labs, gym, cafeteria, healthcare, auditorium, store, etc, to its students.

Scholarships

• Nirma University: Students are offered Merit and Merit-cum-Means scholarships by the institute. The value of aid varies according to institutes.
• LIBA: Eligible students are offered financial aid by organizations such as Bharti Foundations, Palaniswamy Trust, etc.
• TAPMI: Students are offered scholarships under four scholarship types based on merit and need.
• Great Lakes: Scholarships are not offered at the time of admission. However, students are honored with merit awards at the end of the program.

Placement Statistics

• Nirma University: Highest and average salaries offered were 22 LPA and 8.21 LPA, respectively. 75+ companies participated including Deloitte, KPMG, HDFC, etc.
• LIBA: 100% of students were placed in companies like Deloitte, Amazon, Kindle, etc. Highest and average salaries offered were 17 LPA and 10 LPA, respectively.
• TAPMI: 100% of students were placed in 126 companies. The highest and average salary packages offered were 20 LPA and 11.54 LPA (PGDM) and 26 LPA and 12.73 LPA (PGDM BKFS), respectively.
• Great Lakes: 97% of students were placed in companies like Virtusa, Crisil, HDFC Bank, etc. The average salary offered to PGDM graduates was 10.14 LPA.

Students must research the institutions before choosing one. All four have their advantages and drawbacks and the choice is one’s personal discretion, depending on other factors.
