studied at Delhi University (2019)

First you have to go to the university and visit the Transcript department and collect application forms. Then fill in the details mentioned and you have to pay a fee for them through Demand Draft (DD) in the name of University. 

Take a colored photocopy of the degree and marksheets and then pin it with the form and apply. 

They may take around 30 working days to get Transcript ready. The best option is to use the Uttarika service if you are not a local.
