What are the colleges that accept JEE Main scores for their admission?

The colleges that accept JEE Main scores are divided into 3 different groups. These include:

Group - A

• IIIT Hyderabad is the best college for CSE and IT enthusiasts. A JEE score of around 260-280 will secure admission in this college.
• With a rank below 1,500 you can then opt for the top 5 NITs. These Include NIT Trichy, NIT Warangal, NIT Rourkela, NIT Surathkal, and MNNIT(Allahabad).
• Colleges like Delhi Technological University (Formerly known as DCE), NSUT Delhi, IIIT Delhi, and IGDTU for Women have their own counseling process. If your rank is around 20,000 you are able to secure a seat in these institutes.

Group - B

• These are behind the Group A colleges if we compare the Level of Education. But still, they are acceptable if you do not want to drop.
• These include the rest of the NITs, BIT Mesra, Assam University, Harcourt Butler Technical University, Kanpur, Tezpur University, Thapar University, LNM IIT Jaipur, and Jaypee.

Group - C 

• The colleges like Amity University, Sharda University, Galgotia, etc. fall in this category.
• These are not worth paying for, the fees are very high, and taking a drop will be a better idea.

The other colleges like KIIT Orissa and VIT Manipal belong between Group B and C colleges but they do not accept JEE Main Score for admission.
