The process to receive a migration certificate from Barkatullah University is to first apply for it online.

You can apply through this official university website: bubhopal.mponline.gov.in

The payment also has to be done online. After that your migration certificate will be delivered through Indian Post. Usually it takes 4-5 days to get delivered.

The current charges of India Post is INR 300.

The candidate has to submit his or her original registration certificate of the university and photocopies of the last Marksheet or Score card, Registration certificate and the application form.
