A few of my friends graduated from Vasavi College of Engineering, here are some tips for you.

Have a 100% attendance track record. Attending the classes regularly will help you cover understanding the concepts.
Follow the teacher and you will not miss out or lag.
Maximum of the learning should be done in the classroom only. Clarify all your doubts.
Do not neglect any quiz/ assignment/ internals/ end sem exams conducted.
Sit in the first or second row to concentrate better.
Irrespective of the above, you should have it in your brain to get more CGPA. Then only the brain can implement and you can execute it.

These were some tips that you can follow to increase your GPA. Perform your best. All the best!
