What percentage of students get placed in IET Lucknow for CS in the IT branch? How tough is it to get above a 6 lpa package?

Some of my friends are from IET Lucknow. According to them, the placements of the CSE and IT branches are really good. Almost all the students get placed. The placement percentage shall be around 80-90% in both CSE and IT departments.

The salary packages offered to the students may vary from company to company. Or a student’s overall performance could also determine the job role and the salary package offered.

Generally, out of 60 students in a batch, 7 to 8 students are placed with a package of more than INR 5-6 LPA.

Thus it is not that tough to get a salary package of above 6 LPA. If your overall academic performance is good throughout your college life, securing a salary package of above 6 LPA will not be a problem. Also, remember that these could vary.
