Which is the best, NIT Srinagar for chemical or mechanical engineering from Muzaffarpur Institute of Technology (Bihar)?

Having friends who studied Chemical Engineering from NIT Srinagar, I can assure that it is really good.

• Various PSUs visited the chemical department and offered great packages. All of those who were recruited are currently doing very well in life as they have stable jobs.
