Everything depends on your interest. If you wish to pursue your career in Electronics then Electronics and Instrument engineering and Electronics & Telecom engineering would be a better choice. If you are not certain about any branch then you should opt for IT or CS, as the placements of IT or CS branches are good. The students of Electronics also get into IT industries.

Stream-wise placement stats - 2020:

Stream	Average CTC offered
CS or IT	INR 4.5 LPA
Civil	INR 3 LPA
ECE	INR 3.5 LPA
Mechanical	INR 2.8 LPA

You should talk to recent pass-out students of IET DAVV and know the current scenario before making any decision.
