Techno India Saltlake has been affiliated to Maulana Abdul Kalam Azad University of Technology (MAKAUT). As a result, it follows the same syllabus as MAKAUT. Both of these institutes offer good infrastructure but being a private institute Techno India Saltlake has higher course fees. The course fee for B.Tech courses at MAKAUT is Rs. 49,000/- and at Techno India Saltlake it’s Rs. 89,200/-.
According to the recent statistics, Techno India Saltlake offers better placement than MAKAUT especially for CSE or IT department. The average CTC offered to the students at these institutes is around 3-4 LPA. Top recruiters include Infosys Technologies, IBM, WIPRO, Cognizant, etc.
After IITs and NITs, students will always prefer IIITs as they offer neck to neck competition to other institutes. IIIT Dharwad being recently established offers stiff competition to other IIITs. IIIT Manipur being recently established could place only 17 out of 23 students in reputed companies. Because of the remote location, many corporate companies did not visit. But a surge in admission can be noticed this year.
The highest package offered at IIIT Kottayam was INR 10 LPA, and the average was INR 5 LPA. The placement percentage was 75%.

Symbiosis Institute of Business Management (SIBM) Hyderabad is a brainchild of Symbiosis International University (Deemed To Be). It offers MBA and MBA Executive programs that are approved by the AICTE. Bangalore's Xavier Institute of Management and Entrepreneurship (XIME) is one of XIME's three campuses. CSE is strong at ITM Gwalior. Placements are good in the CSE branch, and companies visit the university frequently, and students are placed with good packages.
