You should prefer PSIT Kanpur as it is the fastest growing engineering college in north India in terms of faculty and placements.
Delhi NCR colleges won’t fetch you good job opportunities. However, studying in PSIT Kanpur will be a better option. In the 2020 placement drive 250 companies participated offering 1480 jobs to eligible students across all departments.

One of my friends studied at Janki Devi Memorial College (JDMC). According to her, it is much better than Kalindi College when compared.
Here are some things that are better at JDMC:
Categories | JDMC |
Course Fee | INR 30,000 |
Placement Percentage | 80% |
Highest CTC | 10-20 LPA |
Average CTC | 2-4 LPA |
Recruiting Companies | KPMG, Deloitte, Infosys, HUL, Google, etc. |
JDMC organizes fests which let students participate in them and showcase their talents. Overall JDMC offers several opportunities to the students for further studies, research and placements.
If you are eligible for both streams, it is important to keep in mind that both are tier 2 colleges. According to my friends at the institutes, these colleges don’t see many core companies in the campus placement even for the CSE branch. Most of the recruiting companies are IT consultancies or Tech Support.
Hence, if you opt for ECE in UIET you will probably end up working in Deloitte or Infosys, or MU-Sigma. Therefore, it is advisable to stay close to the main campus of PU. This will also help you in enjoying your college life to the fullest.
While on the other hand, if you are passionate about coding and want to become a software engineer, then UIET and CCET, both see various kinds of young startups that recruit Software Developers as well as Designers. If this is the case, you must opt for CSE in CCET as a lot of subjects that are required for software development are not taken up in ECE because of PU’s curriculum, for example, AI, Data Structures, DBMS are considered only in CSE but not in ECE.
One of my friends dropped out of HBTI only to join NIT Agartala EIE. Later he changed his branch to CSE and claimed it to be the best decision of his life.
So, go ahead and choose NIT Agartala without any further hesitation!

I will always recommend you to choose PGIMS over AIIMS Madurai mainly because PGIMS is a very old Institute established as early as 1959 while AIIMS Madurai is a new college and will take time to establish itself. Moreover, students of AIIMS Madurai have to study along with students of Ramanathapuram Medical College.
So, I will suggest you not to run behind the AIIMS tag.
