New Delhi: XLRI Placements 2022 has witnessed 100% of the PGDM Batch 2020-22 getting placed. About 99 leading organisations from India and abroad participated in the drive. The highest CTC offered was INR 60+ LPA whereas the average salary offered was INR 30 LPA.
The PGDM students of XLRI Jamshedpur managed to receive approximately 437 offers including some from the 23 new recruiters. This year, 40% of the entire batch received PPO on the basis of their summer internship performances.
Despite the COVID-19 situation, both students and the faculty of the institute performed brilliantly to make XLRI Placements 2022 a sheer success. Boston Consulting Group, Bain and CoAccenture Strategy, Amazon, Microsoft etc made the highest number of offers among the regular recruiters.The other regular recruiters were namely, Aditya Birla Group, Asian Paints, Capgemini ELITE.
