Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @https://vil.xlri.ac.in/. 

XLRI Jamshedpur has scheduled to conduct the classes for the Executive Development Program in Leadership and Change Management from November 2022 - May 2023, on Fridays between 07.30 PM and 10.00 PM. Candidates seeking admission to the programme can submit their applications till November 8, 2022.

Candidates seeking admission to the executive development programme will have to fulfill the requisite eligibility criteria. 

• For Indian Participants: Must be a Graduate (10+2+3) or Diploma Holder (only 10+2+3) from a recognized university (UGC/AICTE/DEC/AIU/State Government) in any discipline with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as on 01 September 2021.
• For International Participants: Must hold a bachelor’s or equivalent degree from any recognized University or Institution in their respective country with a minimum of 3 years of work experience as on 01 September 2021.

• Candidate's selection to the executive programme will be on the basis of merit.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of XLRI Jamshedpur @https://vil.xlri.ac.in/. 

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee of Rs. 35000 +GST and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
