New Delhi: XLRI Jamshedpur has begun the application process for the Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM) programme for the academic session 2023-24. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @https://xlri.ac.in. 

XLRI Jamshedpur has specially designed the Executive Diploma in Human Resource Management (EDHRM) programme for the Working Executives. Candidates seeking admission to the EDHRM programme can submit their applications till November 20, 2022. 

Admission to the EDHRM programme will be based on academic qualifications, performance in the interview process.

XLRI EDHRM Admission 2023-24: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admission to the EDHRM programme will have to meet the requisite eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates must hold a bachelor's degree (minimum of three years full time study) from a recognised university in any discipline
• Candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of post-degree full-time work experience in managerial Positions as on 31st December 2022.

XLRI EDHRM Admission 2023-24: Selection Process

The following criteria would be used for candidates' selection to the EDHRM programme. 

• Bachelor's degree (minimum of three years full time study) from a recognised university in any discipline
• A minimum of 5 years of post-degree full time work experience in managerial positions as on 31st December 2022.
• All the eligible candidates registered for the programme will be shortlisted and called for Interview (virtual platform). 
• Candidates' final selection to the EDHRM programme will be based on the performance of the interview.

XLRI EDHRM Admission 2023-24: How to Apply?

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of XLRI @https://xlri.ac.in.

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
