XLRI Delhi Summer Internship 2022: XLRI Delhi-NCR Campus has finally concluded its Summer Internship Placement Process (SIP). The placement drive was conducted for its largest-ever Batch of 2021-23 of the Business Management and Human Resource Management programs.

As per summer internship placement report 2021-23 of XLRI Delhi, a total of 107 students from the second batch of XLRI Delhi-NCR participated in the combined placement process, and achieved a 100% placement record.

XLRI Delhi Summer Internship 2022: Highlights 

• A remarkable growth of 47% over the last batch was recorded when the average stipend for two months stood at INR 2.24 lakhs. 
• In comparison with the previous year, there was an increase of 46%, with the median stipend being recorded at INR 2.2 lakhs for two months. 
• Out of the total participating students, the top 20% bagged an average stipend of INR 3 lakhs for two months.
• While the top 50% of the students grabbed the offers of INR 2.56 lakhs for two months. 

Amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, the XLRI Delhi-NCR summer internship process achieved remarkable success, with the top 20% of the students receiving the average of INR 1.5 LPM and the top 50% students receiving an average stipend of INR 1.28 lakhs per month.

Out of the total participating students, 34% of the batch grabbed the summer internship placement offers from the consulting sector, which also stood as the top sector among others. 

The Delhi campus students bagged an average stipend of INR 1.12 lakhs per month and a median stipend of INR 1.1 lakhs per month in a staggering increase of over 47% and 46% respectively from the previous year.

XLRI Delhi Summer Internship 2022: Sector-Wise Summary 

Based on the roles offered to the students from the Delhi-NCR Campus were Consulting, Sales & Marketing, and General Management. Following table illustrates the top sectors and the top recruiters who offered lucrative internship offers to the XLRI Delhi-NCR students during the XLRI Delhi-NCR Summer Internship Placement 2021. 

Consulting and Advisory firms extended offers to around 33% of the students while 27% of them bagged offers from the Sales and Marketing sector for different roles, nearly 15% of the batch were offered some of the most coveted General management roles.
