New Delhi: The Uttarakhand Sanskrit University Pre Shiksha Shastri Test (USVV PSST) is a University level Education entrance exam organised by Uttarakhand Sanskrit University (USVV) for admission to 2-year B.Ed. Programme.

Candidates seeking admission to B.Ed. from Uttarakhand Sanskrit University (USU) can apply for Uttarakhand B.Ed. entrance exam. Candidates interested to register for USVV PSST till April 30, 2023. The Uttarakhand Sanskrit University B.Ed 2023 will be held on May 21, 2023.

USVV PSST Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

• Candidates who meet the basic criteria i.e. the minimum age is 20 years and have completed their Graduation (Bachelor’s level Sanskrit degree (grounded on the 10+2+3 system) or Master level Sanskrit Degree (M.A.)) with at minimum 50% marks will be eligible to apply.
• Candidates must have been an Indian citizen and only they are allowed to apply for examination to get admission in B.Ed. Shiksha Shashtri course.

USVV PSST Registration 2023: Exam Pattern 

The exam will be held through offline mode and will be conducted for a duration of 2 hours 30 minutes. There will be a total of 200 objective questions of  200 marks. One mark will be given for each correct answer, There is no negative marking scheme for an incorrect attempt.

The Uttarakhand Sanskrit University B.Ed Syllabus states that the paper consists of four sections, each of which is 50 marks. The different sections are Proficiency in the Sanskrit language, Mental ability, General Awareness, Academic aptitude & Academic Recognition.

USVV PSST Registration 2023: Selection Process 

Candidates will have to appear in the written entrance exam, Pre-Shiksha Shastri Test (PSST) through the offline mode. The result will be released on the official website. The successful candidates will have to appear for counselling.

After the counselling round, seats will be allocated to the candidates. Candidates who have been shortlisted will be called for a counselling round, which is expected to be held in the first week of June 2023.

All the eligible candidates will have to register themselves for the counselling round through the offline mode. The seats will be allotted after counselling. Candidates must bring all the important documents for the counselling process along with a photocopy.

Step 1: Go to the official application portal of USVV @usvv.ac.in.

Step 2: On the homepage, search for the registration, and register yourself after filling the required details.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the registration form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the registration form.

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
