TAPMI Secures First 3 Positions in ATOM Competition; Check Details Here


T A Pai Management Institute (TAPMI) has secured the top 3 positions in ATOM, an atypical B-School competition. This was the 3rd season of ATOM organized by Bajaj Finserv.

In ATOM, competitors use design thinking and scenario planning to create a disruptive solution for the given problem. For this season, the first 3 ranks were secured by teams from TAPMI.

The team Sharks in Suits emerged as the best solution building team. The team includes 2nd-year students - Sayani Mukherjee, Siddhart Kashyap, Parth Khuswaha, and Dhruv Bhonagiri. Their solution was based on a digital strategy that helped leverage the services and products of the company and effectively deliver them to customers. 

The team was awarded for their efforts a cash prize of INR 5 lakhs and a pre-placement offer from Bajaj Finserv, the organizer of the competition. 

The 2nd ranked team consisted of 2nd-year TAPMI students Aakarsh Gupta and Deepon Das. They were awarded with a total prize of 1 lakh for taking the second position.

The 3rd ranked team was also from TAPMI. The name of the team was Silverballers. It included 2nd-year students Priti Prasad, Yashna Meher, Kunal Kamat, and Harsimran Kaur Chalwa. They won a cash prize of 1 lakh for taking the 3rd spot.

Director and TAPMI Chair Professor of Finance, Madhu Veeraraghavan said, “It is a truly extraordinary performance. Congratulations to our students for the accomplishment; their dedicated efforts and hard work are praiseworthy.”
