January 10, 2021: S P Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) has released its own Thought-leadership Podcast Series called 'ThoughtCast' for an audience who wish to hear new ideas, wisdom, and leadership lessons.
SPJIMR Podcast Series 'ThoughtCast' will feature conversations of senior leaders, and experts of S P Jain Institute of Management and Research (SPJIMR) on business, and management related topics.
On December 24, 2020, the first episode of SPJIMR Podcast Series 'ThoughtCast' was released, which featured SPJIMR Executive-In-Residence, along with author and corporate advisor R Gopalakrishnan.
In the first episode, Nestle India Limited’s Chairman, and Managing Director, Suresh Narayanan talk about their lessons, the existential crisis of Nestle, along with succession planning and useful tips for the audience.

The first episode of the podcast for the same is now available on Sound Cloud for the desired audience to listen to.
Dr. Ranjan Banerjee, SPJIMR Dean stated "We need to understand and engage in practice if we are to influence it. So through conversations between our own faculty thought leaders and CEOs who have made a difference, our Thoughts Casts will do just that".
The upcoming episodes of the podcast will include various top industry heads, including Mr. Amit Jain, MD Loreal, and MrSanjeev Mehta, Chairman and MD, HUL. Additionally, it will cover the principles of "influencing people" of the institute.
Further episodes of SPJIMR Podcast Series 'ThoughtCast' will be available on various platforms including Spotify, Google Podcast, and iTunes, and SPJIMR’s official Youtube channel.
