Rashtriya Military School Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria
Interested students can go through the following table to know the eligibility criteria for the Rashtriya Military Schools Admission for the academic year 2022-23.

Wards seeking admission in class VI must be aged between 10 and 12 years as on March 31, 2022. |
Students seeking admission in class IX then should be aged between 13 and 15 years as of 31 March 2022. The admission will be provided to boys only. |

For Class IX: Students seeking admission must have cleared class VIII from recognized government schools. Students studying in Class VIII are also eligible to appear in the entrance test for class IX. |

Students selected for admissions will have to undergo a medical exam at Military Hospitals as nominated by the Director General of Medical Services before admission and only those found medically fit will be offered admission. |
Rashtriya Military School Admission 2022: Application Process
- Students can avail the Prospectus and Application forms from any of the Rashtriya Military Schools by paying INR 600 through Cash/DD.
- They can also obtain the application and prospectus via post by forwarding self-address envelope of size 31 cm x 25 cm affixed with Rs.60/- stamps for prospectus and application form along with DD for the amount payable at respective Rashtriya Military School (in favour of ” Principal, Rashtriya Military School”).
- All application forms will be routed through Rashtriya Military Schools.

Rashtriya Military School Admission 2022: Exam Pattern
Rashtriya Military Schools will admit the students based on their scores in the Common Entrance Test (CET), which will be conducted on January 23, 2022. The CET exam will be based on automated OMR.
Class VI: The pattern will be based on the class V standard in subjects of Intelligence, General Knowledge, Mathematics & English.
Class IX: It will be based on the topics of class VIII standard in subjects of English, Social Science, Mathematics, Hindi, & Science.
Rashtriya Military School Admission 2022: Syllabus
The common entrance test (CET) will have questions related to class V for students seeking admission to Class VI and the CET questions for class IX will be based on class XII. The question paper for class VI will be bilingual with English and Hindi. Whereas it will be only in English for Class IX.
Rashtriya Military School Admission 2022: Admit Cards, Interview & Results
Students who qualify the CET and have their names featured on the merit list will be required to appear for interview at respective Rashtriya Military Schools for final admission.
The schools will prepare the final merit list after the interview based on the students' performance. Admit Cards & results will be hosted online on the school website www.rashtriyamilitaryschools.in.
In the end, the qualified students will be allotted admission in the school purely on the basis of Merit and vacancy available in the respective school.
