QS Global Executive MBA Ranking 2022: IIM Bangalore Tops Among Indian Institutes


New Delhi: IIM Bangalore has been featured in top 50 categories of Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) Global Executive MBA Ranking 2022 for its MBA for Working Professional program.

As per the latest QS Global Executive MBA Ranking 2022 release, IIM Bangalore has secured its position in 46th rank with an overall score of 61.6. For 2022 edition, IIM-B is the only Indian institute that has been ranked among top 50 institutes in the world. 

After IIM Bangalore, Indian School of Business (ISB) Hyderabad is slated in the 111-120 group with a 49.2 score followed by IIM Kozhikode in the 171+ group with an overall score of 28. The rankings have been released for over 190 programs and 26 joint programs. 

While comparing the data with previous year's rankings, ISB Hyderabad had ranked in 92nd rank and has fallen nearly 10 ranks in the 2022 rankings. While IIM Kozhikode has slipped 20 places in the rankings as compared to its earlier performance.

As per the official website, participating institutes have been placed as per the ranking methodology of QS, which includes Employer Reputation, Thought Leadership, Executive Profile, Career Outcomes, and Diversity parameters for Executive MBA program

For this year's edition, the first place has been secured by IESE Business Schools, New York with an overall score of 93.5. HEC Paris is placed in the second rank with 92.6 scores followed by Penn (Wharton) in third rank and MIT Sloan in the fourth rank with 90.8 scores. 

Referring to the ranking, CEO and Founder of QS Quacquarelli Symonds, said, “As globalization increases, understanding perspectives, cultures, and customs remains paramount in business and beyond. So too do the global professional networks that EMBAs cultivate".
