New Delhi: NMIMS School of Business Management (SBM) has begun the admission process for MBA REM (Real Estate Management) for the academic session 2023-24. All the interested candidates can submit the online application form on the official portal @https://www.nmims.edu/.
The MBA program has been designed by NMIMS SBM to create managers and leaders who understand the real estate sector's dynamism and complexity. It is formulated in collaboration with industry leaders from various subdomains of real estate, ensuring that the students must receive the up-to-date and relevant education.
The curriculum has been curated to offer a strategic blend of industry specialists and in-house faculty members spanning the disciplines of real estate, finance, marketing, operations, strategy, technology management, and civil, mechanical, and electrical engineering. Dr. Prashant Mishra, Dean of the School of Business Management at NMIMS, said that with the advent of innovative concepts such as RERA Laws, Advanced Technology, Modern Materials, Financial Tools like REITs and InvITs, and Sustainable Growth. The Indian Real Estate Industry is undergoing from a few significant changes, particularly following the Covid-19 crisis.
Future managers and leaders will learn the skills and information necessary to succeed through this curriculum and a two-month summer internship, Mishra said. Students will collaborate with organisations on handpicked live projects in addition to their classroom study to better grasp the many facets and phases of different real estate programmes.
The curriculum-required international study tour aims to improve learning and comprehension from a global viewpoint. Students will have the chance to learn about top-notch developments in the field. NMIMS SBM MBA Admission 2023: Eligibility Details
NMIMS SBM MBA Admission 2023 will be done only if the candidate satisfies the requisite eligibility criteria.
- Bachelor's Degree in Civil/ Mechanical/ Architecture.
- Bachelor's degree from a well recognized University, along with 2 years of Work experience in the Real estate field.
- Candidates appearing for their final year degree examination can also apply, however, their admission will be provisional and it will be confirmed only after the results.
- It is mandatory to submit an AIU equivalence certificate to confirm eligibility for the program (for those candidates who have completed their Under-Graduation from overseas boards / Universities).
NMIMS SBM MBA Admission 2023: Selection Process
- A Written Test followed by Personal Interview (Total 100 marks)
- A merit list will be prepared on the basis of the candidate's performance in the Written test and Personal Interview.
- Candidates will be implicit frequently through call letters for test & PI on the website.
