NITIE Mumbai has recently launched an online certification course named, ‘Social Network Analysis & Its Application’. The course is scheduled to be conducted from January 12 – March 2, 2022 (6:00 PM – 9:00 PM).
As per NITIE Mumbai, participants are to learn the strategic principles along with analytic strategies to create, develop, maintain and resolve the network ties. The principles will also reflect on how one tends to explore, innovate, conceptualise and practice entrepreneurship and marketing, deal with the existing resources and so on.

According to the officials, the course will “examine how we create social, economic, and technological networks, and how these networks enable and constrain our attitudes and behavior.”

Through the course, the coordinators will attempt to provide a wide range of knowledge to the registered candidates on the aforementioned topics. Here are some of the ways they are expect to enrich their knowledge:
- Knowledge in Marketing, Behavioural science, finance and Supply Chain Management
- Learning how to define networks and discover the languages networks use.
- Knowledge of analysing a social network through data wrangling and visualising a network with industry examples
- Knowing how to discuss what mechanisms generate networks and its applications in strategic decision making
