NIT Delhi PhD Admission 2022-23 Open; Last Date to Apply is March 31, 2023

New Delhi: National Institute of Technology (NITD), Delhi is inviting applications for admission to its Doctor of Philosophy programme offered by its various departments for the academic session 2022-23. The last date to apply is March 31, 2023.

NIT Delhi offers PhD programs in Engineering, & Science. Interested students can apply at the part-time and full-time PhD program at National Institute of Technology, Delhi (NIT-D), the official portal at nitdelhi.ac.in

To apply for NIT Delhi Admission 2023, for the PhD course, the aspirants are required to have a 60% score in PG degree in the relevant field. A BTech degree with a 70% score and a minimum of 10 years of work experience. 

A BTech degree holder having an 8 CGPA with a valid GATE score and passing from IITs or NITs is also eligible for the PhD enrollment. A GATE score/ CSIR/ UGC/ NBHM award/ NBHM award/ fellowship for a full-time PhD is mandatory 

For candidates seeking the PhD Part-Time/ Self-Financed/ Sponsored category, passing the PhD Entrance Examination is not required. All shortlisted candidates shall have to appear for a written test and score 40% to qualify for the PI Round.
