New Delhi: NIIT Limited, a leading global talent development organization, has announced initiatives to broaden India’s talent pool in the support of the Government of India’s plans for skilling and digital education in the country.
In order to widen the tech talent pool in India, the NIIT has introduced programmes on cybersecurity and cloud for diploma holders too. These programmes were earlier restricted to only engineering graduates.
The NIIT's programme on cybersecurity has been designed with an aim to equip the learners for industry-leading certifications.
The organization has announced that aspirants can enroll for software engineering programmes as part time, that would suit their flexibility.
These online programmes of NIIT will be delivered in a live and interactive manner, that will assist in bridging the gap between the tech industry requirements and the job readiness of new diploma holders, engineering and science graduates and the existing workforce.
Moreover, the NIIT also offers programmes in the new age domains of digital marketing, product engineering, data science & machine learning and 5G certification programme.
Speaking on the launch of the programmes, Abhishek Arora, Business Head, Skills and Career Business, NIIT Ltd, said that they've launched the NIIT Digital platform as an avenue for new age online learning with guaranteed job outcomes for participants and professionals.
These programmes have been designed by the organization to provide learners with industry-specific, hands-on training along with assured placements, Arora said.
Apart from the interactive doubt-solving session with mentors at NIIT, the programmes are inclusive of multiple benefits such as flexible payment options, no cost EMIs for fee payment, assistance on selection of programmes and career opportunities.
Further, the organization also offers a "try before you buy" option for learners, permitting them to get a firsthand experience of how the programme will pan out allowing for more informed professional development decisions.
The organization has notified that it will refund full programme fees, in case the guaranteed placement is not delivered to the participants upon the completion of the programme, which is subject to terms and conditions.
