MDI PGDM IB & HRM Admission 2023 Open; Last Date to Apply is November 25

New Delhi: Management Development Institute (MDI) Gurgaon has begun the application process for the PGDM programmes for the academic session 2023-25. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal, @www.mdi.ac.in, by November 25, 2022. 

MDI Gurgaon offers postgraduate diploma programme (PGDM) in specializations including International Business (IB) and Human Resource Management (HRM). Candidates seeking admission to the PDGM programmes can submit their applications till November 25, 2022. 

Candidates must have a CAT 2022 Score or a valid GMAT score to be eligible for admission to the two-year PGDM, PGDM-HRM, PGPM-IB programmess of MDI Gurgaon.

The management institute will determine CAT/valid GMAT score for shortlisting the candidates for its PGDM IB & HRM programmes. 

MDI PGDM IB & HRM Admission 2023: Eligibility Criteria

Candidates seeking admissions into the PGDM in IB and HRM will have to fulfill the required eligibility criteria. 

• Candidates must have at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in both class X and XII.
• Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree (minimum 3 years for PGDM and PGDM-HRM; Minimum 4 years for PGDM-IB), with at least 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in any discipline from any University recognized by the AICTE/AIU/ Ministry of HRD, Government of India1.
• Candidates appearing for the final examination for the Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent examination) and completing all requirements for obtaining the Bachelor’s degree by 30th June, 2023 can also apply to the PGDM and PGDM-HRM programmes, subject to furnishing evidence to that effect latest by 1st October, 2023.
• Candidates intending for admission to the PGDM-IB programme must possess a minimum of 1 year (one year) work experience as on 31st December 2022, after completion of a Bachelor’s degree of admissible duration for the programme. 

MDI PGDM IB & HRM Admission 2023: Selection Process 

• Candidates will be shortlisted for the GD PI process on the basis of the details provided in the application form and their CAT or GMAT scores. 
• Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interviews between February and April 2023 at any centres.
• The GDPI process may also be conducted online through zoom for which the intimation will be given to the short-listed candidates in advance.
• The final selection of the candidates will be based on weightages of CAT-2022/ valid GMAT score, PI, Academic merit, academic diversity, work experience and social diversity.

Step 1: Visit the official application portal of MDI Gurgaon @www.mdi.ac.in

Step 2: Register yourself after filling the required details, such as Mobile number, Email Id etc.

Step 3: Now, login with your registration credentials and fill all details in the Application form.

Step 4: Pay the application fee and submit the Application form. 

Step 5: Applicants must also take a print out of the form for all future needs.
