MDI Gurgaon and IAA Collaborate to offer Management Development Programs in Aviation

With an aim to provide training, research, and consultancy in Aviation Management, MDI Gurgaon has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Indian Aviation Academy (IAA).

MDI Gurgaon and IAA will jointly deliver Management Development Programs in Aviation Management, under the 5 year-long partnership signed between the two.

Executive Director of IAA, Hareendranath EP said, "Aviation is a complex, volatile and dynamic industry employing highly skilled and enriched human resources. Bridging the gap between learning outcomes and industry requirements by innovative and quality courses will be the greatest enabler of aviation resurgence."

Both the institutes will now work together on consulting projects and collaborate with International Summer University for superior outreach and experiential learning of potential participants for global institutions in the future.

Expressing his views about the initiative, Director of MDI Gurgaon said, "Through this partnership, MDI Gurgurgaon will incorporate experiential learning and teaching activities in the aviation field. The partnership not only aims at high-quality training but also allows the industry to meet its ready requirements for trained manpower."
