New Delhi: Mahindra University has introduced a two-year Executive MBA (EMBA) Program in collaboration with the Frankfurt School of Finance and Management in Germany. As per the official press release, the programme is developed for experienced and business professionals.
Mahindra University is currently accepting applications for its EMBA programme. Candidates can apply by visiting the university's website at www.mahindrauniversity.edu.in/emba.
“The programme is targeted at people with 5 to 15 years of work experience, involving extensive managerial responsibilities across industries and functional domains,” according to the University.
Dr Yajulu Medury, Vice-Chancellor of Mahindra University, said in a statement announcing the program's launch, “With its fine blend of theoretical & practical knowledge, this Executive MBA programme will be a benchmark providing a great opportunity for the functional experts as it will help them to undertake a rigorous MBA programme that will help to lay down strong managerial foundations and will further help them to handle senior managerial roles & C-suite positions”.
Applicants interested in applying for the Mahindra University EMBA programme must have a bachelor's degree in any subject. A minimum of 5 years of full-time job experience is mandatory.
Candidates should keep in mind that the application deadline is June 30, 2022, and classes will commence on September 3, 2022. The program's design permits students to continue working while completing a two-year degree. The cost of this course is Rs 24,00,000.

The curriculum will broadly cover Decision Sciences, Finance, Marketing, Strategy, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, Organizational Behaviour and Leadership, with a general management focus, with the aim to impart cross-functional decision-making skills in all major areas of the business.
The pedagogy will enable peer learning to leverage the collective professional experience of its students.
The applicants will have to undergo a mandatory two-week international residency in Germany at the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. The residency will include teaching sessions by faculty at the partner school, industry visits, guest speakers, cultural experiences etc.
