New Delhi: The Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology, KIIT’s School of Management, KSOM has been conducting its final placement for the MBA batch of 2021-22, where the highest salary was recorded at INR 23 Lakhs.
Out of the total 323 MBA students who participated in the ongoing MBA placements at KIIT, almost 259 students got placed successfully with lucrative offers.

With 336 students pursuing the MBA program at KSOM, the highest annual salary package witnessed during the KSOM placements was INR 23 lakh per annum.
This year, there was an increase in the average salary, which stood at INR 7.10 lakhs compared to INR 6.87 lakhs in the previous year.
A total of 114 companies participated in the KSOM campus placement drive, of which 57 of them were first-time recruiters.
According to the official KIIT statement, the prominent companies who visited the KIIT campus made around 278 offers for 259 students and the highest number of offers was made by the financial sector.
With Deloitte, being the top recruiters of all, the highest recruiting domain, profile and function in KSOM MBA placements 2022 was marketing and management.
Some of the top-notch companies which participated in the KSOM placements were Deloitte, PwC, Neilsen IQ, Nestle, ICICI Lombard, Brandscapes Worldwide, L&T Finance, HUL, Times Group, Motilal Oswal, TCS-HR, EY GDS, HDFC Bank, Asian Paints, Godrej, Ericcson, KPMG etc.
