The institute works on a trimester basis, with the academic year commencing in July for around 11-12 weeks. All students are obliged to do a 6- to 8-week summer internship in industry at the completion of the first three terms of the PGDM programme of IMS Ghaziabad.
Students will pursue their dual specialized courses in the second year, as well as a compulsory dissertation project in the field of their selected specialization.
