IMI Delhi FPM Admissions 2022; Apply till April 16

New Delhi: International Management Institute, IMI, has invited applications for admission into its 5-year Fellow Program in Management, FPM, on its official IMI Delhi website. 

Candidates interested in pursuing the 5-year FPM program from IMI Delhi can apply online till April 16, 2022. 

The FPM is the doctoral program of IMI Delhi, with a blend of critical core courses, in-depth and research-based courses related to the domain interest of the candidate. 

The FPM scholars are expected to work in their areas of interest with the faculty members of IMI to further the existing repository of both theory and practice in the field of business management. 

The institute accepts both full-time students and part-time students for the FPM program, which is approved by AICTE.

IMI Delhi FPM Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria 

Candidates seeking admission to the FPM at IMI New Delhi must meet the following eligibility criteria, 

Academic qualifications: Candidates must possess one of the following academic qualifications:

• Candidates must hold a masters’ degree or its equivalent in any specializations with at least 60% aggregate marks. 
• Candidates in the final year of their post-graduation are also eligible to apply 
• Candidates holding a bachelor’s degree in engineering with a minimum of 60% marks or equivalent grade point average are eligible. 
• Candidates in the final year of their engineering degree may also apply.
• Candidates must have a bachelor's degree plus any professional qualification such as CA, ICWA, CS, and CFA with a minimum of 60% aggregate marks.

Additional Criteria - Selection For Part-time Students:

Candidates must have completed a minimum five years of full-time relevant work experience as an academician or a corporate executive to be eligible for the FPM program. 

IMI Delhi FPM Admission 2022: Admission process

Candidates interested in pursuing the FPM must complete the FPM application form and submit it along with an abstract of 1000-1500 words about the proposed research area/topic. 

Admission test: Candidates are required to clear any of the following tests, 

• Common Admission Test (CAT) conducted by the IIMs. 
• If the candidate has a valid GMAT/ GRE/ XAT/NET score; they would also be eligible.
• Candidates who have appeared for the CAT/XAT/GMAT/GRE/NET on or after January 1, 2018 will be considered valid for admission to the session of 2022.
• If the candidate has not appeared for any of the above competitive exams, then the institute conducts an IMI Research Aptitude Test for admission to the FPM program. 
• NRIs and foreign candidates are also required to have a valid CAT/GMAT/GRE/XAT/NET score or appear for the IMI Research Aptitude Test.

IMI Delhi FPM Admission 2022: Interview

The interview will be conducted for the candidates based on the research abstract, scores obtained in CAT/ GMAT/ GRE/ XAT/ NET or the IMI Research Aptitude Test, evaluation of past academic performance and relevant work experience (for Part-time students only). 

The institute will send an email inviting the shortlisted candidates for the final Admission Interview round. The final selection/merit list will be prepared based on the above process.
