The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, IIT Patna is organising this MDP program which aims to help practitioners use analytics to develop a deeper understanding of data and people management and find appropriate solutions to difficult HR challenges.

This IIT Patna course targets the working professionals in private and public organisations in HR management and leadership roles. It will be useful for people who are responsible in decision-making of the employees in an organisational context.
The faculty members of the institute will deliver the management development program online on the webex platform. The course pedagogy involves case discussions, lectures, and demonstrations.
Candidates interested in upgrading their management and leadership skills can apply for the 3-day MDP program till April 30. The institute will confirm the course participants till May 7, 2022 and the course will be held between May 13 and 15, 2022.
