New Delhi: According to the most recent media reports, IIT Mandi has completed its 2023 Phase 1 campus placement. Out of the 249 students that have been placed thus far, 70 received pre-placement offers. The highest and most common packages were available, at INR 60 LPA and INR 25.23 LPA, respectively.
The average bundle was 26 LPA, or INR. More than 85 businesses took part in the placement process, and 140 national and international businesses have registered with the college as of this writing.
IIT Mandi has so far got 90 overseas offers, including ones from some of the largest global corporations like Uber, Amazon, Walmart, Oracle, etc.
IIT Mandi Placement: Past year CIvil Engineering placement
There were 20 students placed overall in civil engineering in 2019, 2020, and 2021, while there were 18 students placed overall in 2021. Yet, since 2019, fewer pupils have become eligible. 20 in 2019 decreases to 15 in 2020, 16 in 2021, and 20 in 2022.

According to a recent media article, the industries of software analysts and data scientists have seen the most PPOs to date. The institute has already acquired one worldwide PPO this year.
The first-time recruiters include Sprinklr, Texas Instruments, Uber, Arista Networks, Radisys, ODE, Zomato, Nohara Holdings, and numerous others. During the 2023 placement drive, MNCs including Sprinklr, Microsoft, Amazon, Adobe, Indeed, Uber, Goldman Sachs, Flipkart, Siemens, Samsung Research Institute Bangalore, Schrodinger, Walmart, Zomato, Texas Instruments, ODE, Arista Networks, Yum, Radisys, Accenture, Nucleus Software, Western Digital, and many more paid the IIT Mandi students PPO visits and made PPO offers. IIT Mandi's B.Tech placements in 2022 saw a placement rate of 93.4%. Out of 167 students, a total of 156 were placed.
