IIT-Kharagpur to Offer 6 Days Training Programme on Industrial Robots; Check Important Dates, Course Fee Here

Centre for Excellence in Advanced Manufacturing Technology, IIT- Kharagpur has released a notification on their official website for the conduct of a new short term course on Industrial Robots. 

The training programme will be conducted for a period of 6 days from January 17-22, 2022. Admission to IIT- Kharagpur’s training programme will be on a first come first serve basis, a total of 10 students will be selected per batch. 

The last date to register for the programme is January 15, 2022. Candidates who are interested and eligible can apply for the programme through the online portal of IIT- Kharagpur.

CoE-AMT is a significant part of the IIT-Kharagpur that has been established with the support from the Department of Heavy Industry or the Ministry of HI & PE along with a combined committee of the topmost 6 industry members in India.

The short term training program is specifically designed for the students pursuing Diploma in Engineering, Bachelor of Engineering/Technology, M.Tech/M.E, and the working professionals from MSMEs, Startups, and larger industries.

CoE-AMT, IIT-Kharagpur Short Term Course 2022- Checklist:

• Selected candidates can book the guest houses only after successfully registering to the course 
• They need to pay an additional amount of Rs. 400 per day
• They will be served lunch during the training programme. Except this, candidates need to make the travel and food arrangements on their own
• Candidates need to wear mask all the time, carry personal sanitizer and maintaining prescribed social distancing during the course
