IIT Hyderabad Offers Fellowship in Technology 2022-23 for Foreign Nationals

New Delhi: IIT Hyderabad is offering Fellowship in Technology 2022-23 for foreign nationals. The institute will provide contingency support in the form of a monthly stipend of INR 60,000 and INR 1,00,000 per year to international research scholars planning to pursue PhD from the institute.

IIT Hyderabad will provide the stipend under Fellowship for International Research Scholars in Technology (FIRST) scheme. The duration of the fellowship is for four years.

The FIRST fellowship is offered by Departments of Chemical Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Liberal Arts, Artificial Intelligence, Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering, Biomedical Biotechnology, Climate Change, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, Design, Entrepreneurship, and Management at IIT Hyderabad.

IIT Hyderabad is inviting applications for the third round of the FIRST scheme for the June/July 2022 session. Last date for registration is April 15, 2022. No application fee is required for this Fellowship.

IIT Hyderabad Fellowship in Technology 2022: Eligibility Criteria

IIT Hyderabad Fellowship in Technology 2022 is available only for Foreign Nationals. They should have excellent academic qualifications along with a master’s degree in engineering or technology. Minimum grades obtained must be around CGPA of 8.5 on a 10-point scale or equivalent.
