New Delhi: Indian Institute of Technology Gandhinagar will be organizing a student-run Annual Cultural Fest 'Blithchron’ in Hybrid Mode for two consecutive days.
The Annual Cultural fest ‘Blithchron’ will be conducted by IIT Gandhinagar online on March 19, 2022, and the on-campus event will take place on March 20, 2022.

‘Blithchron’ is an annual cultural fest run by students. It's a mixture of energy and creativity of students from various educational institutions across the country.
This year ‘Blithchron’ is one of the first on campus college festivals taking place in Gujarat after the pandemic. Around 1500 students from different IITs and NITs have registered themselves as participants of the ‘blithchron’. Students could visit and also stay there on campus for a couple of days and enjoy the event.

‘Blithchron’ fest of IIT Gandhinagar includes various online and offline events like EDM/Remix making competition, Antaragnee- on campus Nukkad Natak competition, Quizzitch- a fandom quiz,Skirmish – a tournament that tests your Valorant and BGMI (a video game) mastery, and more.
There are many other events like dancing, singing, poetry, photography for the students to portray their creativity and talent.The ‘Blithchron’ annual fest will wind up with an electrifying EDM and DJ night by Vice and Virtue and also a performance by DJ TEJAS.
The event will welcome all the students from across the country. “Numerous students from the Gandhinagar/Ahmedabad area plan to be a part of this event to fill the void in the college life that the Covid pandemic had created,” said the statement.
