New Delhi: Environmental Science and Engineering Department (ESED) of IIT Bombay will conduct an International Conference on "Environmental Science and Engineering" from January 20 to January 22, 2022. The international event will be held online for all interested participants.
IIT Bombay will conduct the ‘International Conference on Environmental Science and Engineering’ (ICESE-2022) for researchers and scientists from all around the world. The event will cover the major thematic areas which include ambient and indoor air pollution, etc.
Additionally, the ICESE-2022 will include various areas of environmental science and engineering, such as emerging environmental contaminants, membrane technology for desalination and wastewater treatment, global warming, and greenhouse gas mitigation topics.
During the online international conference of IIT Bombay, the institute will award fifteen students with a sum of up to INR 5000 each for attending the conference (for offline mode only). Students can use the award sum for accommodations and other expenses.
The event will also include a technical exhibition that will highlight the advancements made in the various areas of environmental science and engineering. The exhibition will be presented by various equipment manufacturers, analytical instrumentation providers, and related agencies.
