New Delhi: IIM Kozhikode is currently accepting applications for its PhD Management (Practice Track) programme. Aspiring candidates can submit the online application form through the official portal till May 05, 2022. 

The PhD in Management (Practice Track) at IIMK is divided into two parts: course work and thesis research. The course material is covered in the first year, which is divided by Terms 0,1 and 2. After passing the Comprehensive Qualifying Examination, the participant begins work on his or her thesis research in the second year.

IIM Kozhikode PhD (Management) Admission 2022: Eligibility Criteria

To apply for the PhD Management (Practice Track) programme at IIM Kozhikode candidates need to fulfil the below eligibility requirements:

• Master's degree or two-year PG Diploma with at least 60% or equivalent CGPA.
• CA, ICWA, and CS professional certifications with bachelor's degree and 60% or equivalent.
• B Tech/4-year degree with a CGPA of 6.5 or above.
• After graduation, candidates must have a minimum of 8 years of full-time work experience.
• After graduation, the Strategic Management Area requires a minimum of 15 years of full-time job experience. It is preferable to have prior experience leading a business unit or company, as well as a large department or functional division/unit.
• The candidate should submit a research proposal not exceeding 2000 words.

IIM Kozhikode PhD (Management) Admission 2022: Selection Process

Aspirants applying for the IIM Kozhikode PhD Management (Practice Track) programme need to go through the selection procedure described below: 

• Candidates will be shortlisted based on recommendations from respective areas depending on their profile. 
• Such applicants would be called to IIM Kozhikode for a Personal Interview or Written Test for chosen areas, if applicable. 
• Candidates will be permitted to stay on campus for the duration of the interviews. However, there are a limited number of rooms that are chargeable.

IIM Kozhikode PhD (Management) Admission 2022: How to Apply?

The application process for admission at IIM Kozhikode for the PhD Management (Practice Track) programme is given below:

• Candidates must submit their applications online. 
• Students can apply to a maximum of two areas of specialisation. 
• A Rs 1500 application fee is required, which must be paid online using the link provided with the application form. 
• Along with the online application form, scanned copies of all academic mark sheets, work experience certificates, and category certificates must be attached.
