IIM Kashipur to Organise Uttishtha 2023: Uttarakhand's Largest Entrepreneurship Conference from February 24

New Delhi : IIM Kashipur hosts an annual event called Uttishtha, an Entrepreneurship Summit. Uttishtha is a venue for the exchange of knowledge and the engagement of industry and academia. It allows entrepreneurs to meet with leading companies, gain knowledge from their life experience, and better understand the business world.

Prof. Kulbhushan Balooni, Director of IIM Kashipur, commented on this Entrepreneurship Summit, stating, "We are excited to organise Uttishtha, The Annual Entrepreneurship Conference 2023 at IIM Kashipur. This conference gives students and aspiring entrepreneurs a chance to hear from seasoned experts, investigate new trends, and network with peers."

He continued, "The summit offers a forum for discussing and debating the most recent prospects and problems in entrepreneurship. We believe the event will inspire and empower attendees to follow their business aspirations and positively influence society."

Prof. Safal Batra, Director of FIED, said, "At this 6th edition of the Annual Entrepreneurship Summit, Uttishtha, we will endeavour to infuse entrepreneurs with enthusiasm, tenacity, and a willingness to take risks. Thus, such companies will provide value to society."

He stated, "The event will include a wide product portfolio from local enterprises, investor meetings, energising speaker sessions, and ideas for solving real-world business challenges; in sum, it will be a step forward for the Uttarakhand startup ecosystem."

The three-day event will include panel discussions, keynote speakers, and workshops. Arvind Mediratta, MD and CEO, Metro Cash and Carry; Sachin K Shereon, Management Consultant; Rajesh Sawhney, Founder and CEO, GSF Accelerator; Praveen Sinha, Managing Director, PinCap; Anand Pathak, Founder, FITSOL supply chain solutions; and many more will offer their ideas.

The Indian Institute of Management Kashipur, founded in 2011, promotes management research and education to cultivate leaders who can effectively impact society in a fast-changing environment. It is among the most prestigious IIMs in India.
