New Delhi: IIM Indore’s PGP-HRM batch of 2020-22 has bagged the highest package of Rs 36.4 LPA along with perks. The average salary has also increased by 12.2 per cent.
As per a press release issued by IIM Indore, the final placement of the PGP-HRM has registered a record average cost to company (CTC) of Rs. 20.46 LPA, increased by 12.2 per cent over the last year.

Further, the average package for the top 10 percentile of the entire batch stood at Rs. 28.46 LPA while it was Rs. 23.45 LPA for the top 25 percentile.

As per sources, 20 plus recruiters offered prestigious positions to the 35 students of the PGP-HRM course at IIM Indore. The placement drive was conducted virtually due to the COVID crisis.

For the placement session 2020-22, these companies remained the prominent domestic recruiters for IIM Indore.

Internationally famous conglomerates like Galadari Brothers, Dubai and DCM Shriram participated in the placement drive. Some of the other prominent recruiters were Allcargo Logistics, Jasper Colin Research, People Business, Crompton Greaves, etc.
While discussing the placements, IIM Indore director Himanshu Rai has said that the PGP-HRM is the flagship programme of the institute that has obtained a remarkable position within the professional industry.
“We look forward to strengthening our relations with the industry by creating business-oriented and socially conscious HR professionals and carrying forward such success stories in the upcoming years”, the director further added.
The institute has recently released the merit list for Admission to its its flagship PGP program
