New Delhi: IIM Bangalore, frequently regarded as the greatest IIM in the nation, has a strong track record of job placement. There were 524 students in the 2020–22 batch that qualified for placements. Up to 662 placement offers from different companies were made for them. 

Out of these, 11 students of IIM Bangalore opted out, leaving the remaining pupils with placements. Additionally, 546 offers were offered to 515 students in the current 2021–23 batch; only 2 chose to decline the offers, leaving the remaining 513 to accept them for placements.

The average and median salaries for these placements were INR 33.82 LPA and INR 31.20 LPA.
