IIM Bangalore PGPEM Admission 2023 Open; Apply till December 30

New Delhi: Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore is inviting applications for admission to its Post Graduate Program in Enterprise Management (PGPEM) course for the academic session 2023-24. Interested candidates can apply through the official website till December 30, 2022.

IIM Bangalore PGPEM is a 2 year program designed for working mid-level and senior executives with minimum of four years of work experience after graduation. Admission to the Course is through common entrance exams like CAT/ XAT/ CMAT and also through a entrance test conducted by IIMB.

The minimum eligibility criteria that candidates need to fulfil to apply for IIMB PGPEM Course are:

• Graduate (minimum 50%) with minimum of 4 years of work experience after graduation
• Apply with CAT or valid GMAT or GRE score or IIMB Entrance Test

IIM Bangalore PGPEM Admission 2023: Selection Process

Applicants will be short listed for the personal interview based on their performance in CAT / GMAT / GRE / IIMB Test, as chosen by the candidate, the applicant’s prior academic performance, and duration of work experience. 

Shortlisted candidates will be called for a Personal interview or Online interview (as deemed fit by IIMB) and a Writing Ability Test. 

The interview panel will consist of two faculty members of IIMB and an IIMB alumnus. The interview panel will evaluate each candidate's performance based on quality of experience / diversity, leadership qualities, social sensitivity, and multi-facetedness.

The admission offer will be made to a certain percentage (depending on the availability of seats and candidates satisfying a minimum cutoff on the composite score and / or on any factor score) of applicants based on their composite total score. The composite total score is calculated using a multi-factor model.

• Fill the application form with all the required details including academic, personal and communication details.
• Upload necessary documents.
• Pay the requisite application fee (INR 1500 for PGPEM).
• Lastly, submit the application form
