New Delhi: A unique initiative has been launched by Dr. Ganesh N Prabhu, the senior faculty and distinguished Professor of Strategy at IIM Bangalore, one of the significant business schools in India. The initiative includes the launching of an extraordinary course-flow on the Nodes platform.
This is to enable the new Business school faculty to teach a course on New Product Development, a course that Dr. Prabhu has been teaching for the past 25 years at IIM Bangalore.

- Users can access the course-flow by using any web browser and from any type of device
- Faculty members can also modify the “course-flow view” privately as per their own teaching method and institutional grading mechanism
- A discussion forum is there to enable the faculty members to share their feedback and experience.
According to Professor Prabhu, the course-flow is designed to help the new faculty with teaching new courses when there is no senior faculty to guide them.
“The course flow application helps distil the experienced faculty’s long years of experience and provides a good jump start to new faculty. It marks a new and innovative beginning in efforts to develop business school faculty in India, at a time when demand for faculty is increasing and faculty training has lagged…”, he further stated.
